About Adelphi Arts
Adelphi Arts was formed in 2008 to manage construction and home renovation projects, including rehabbing a historic building, completing the first LEED for Home townhouses in New York (selected by Natural Homes magazine as a show house for green building), and smaller scale projects too like renovating rental apartments, installing roof decks and improving properties before sale. Word of mouth has led to repeat business, loyal clients, and new projects. Today Adelphi Arts renovates condominiums, coops, townhouses, and retail spaces. As clients have asked us to manage their properties we have added that service as well. Our team includes engineers, designers, builders, and master trades people.

Our goal is to improve people's spaces and lives. We believe great renovations require respect for the most practical considerations (structure, budget, etc) and an unwavering commitment to achieving the goals of excellence in design. We work with our clients and our team to hit that sweet spot, for a harmonious space you'll love to call home and can enjoy year round.
Vision

Adelphi Arts continues to grow one home, one renovation, one new retail space at a time. Working on two or three projects at a time, we give each assignment its full attention and see it through, from start to finish.
